Free one week offer details and signup process

At the DiceLoader Club we want all our members to enjoy the service and be comfortable with what the service offers. For this reason we provide you with a one week free trail before any subscription payments are taken. We also allow all members to cancel at any time themselves, including during the free one week trail and before any payments are taken. This post will explain a little about the free offer, the signup process and how easy it is to cancel any subscription.

Firstly let’s explain the signup process a little so all are aware. For those wanting to join and take advantage of the free one week trail you first complete the signup page here. Enter your details, tick the checkboxes and then select gold ‘Subscribe and Gain Access’ button. From there, if you’re details are correct, you are taken to your Paypal portal and you leave the DiceLoader site. All details you enter in the Paypal portal are kept and maintained by Paypal only and we do not store any of the payment information you enter in the Paypal portal at DiceLoader.

In Paypal you will be asked to agree to the DiceLoader subscription. The subscription will mention DiceLoader and have the details from our parent company DGKM Limited visible. What you will be agreeing to (if you want to complete the signup) is to start the subscription which will include the free one week trail. No payments will be taken at this point. You can expand the billing details in Paypal to see all the information for the payment plan prior to agreeing. In the week that follows you have the option to return to paypal and cancel the subscription directly there, and to do so before any payment is taken. After one week you will be informed by paypal that the subscription payment is being taken and it will be withdrawn from your account. This can continue each week at the same time whilst you are an active member or until you cancel which we will explain how to do now.

The Paypal portal does change it’s layout from time to time but at the time of writing there a couple of ways to cancel a subscription. The first way is to select your settings (or the cog icon next to your name) when first logging into your Paypal portal directly. Once selected then click, ‘Payments’. From the Payments page you then select, ‘Automatic Payments’ and in your active Pre-Approved Payments you will see an item for DGKM Limited. Selecting this you will see the Cancel button, and select this to immediately cancel your subscription.

An alternative way is to look at your activity when first logging into the Paypal portal. You will see an item from DGKM Limited which you can select to see further details. When looking at the DGKM Limited details you can select to ‘Manage DGKM Limited Payments’, and you will be taken to the payment page where you can again select the Cancel button to cancel the subscription immediately. Both methods work and will cancel your subscription with DiceLoader immediately resulting in no future payments being taken under this subscription.
